If you want to learn all the secrets of a good paella rice, step by step, this is your class.
You can attend our workshops every Wendsday, Friday and Saturday morning.
We will prepare two different Mediterranean rice dishes, following the recipes step by step, showing you the essential tricks so you will be able to cook the dishes at home. When we finish cooking, we will sit down and enjoy the rice, washed down with a glass of Spanish wine, beer or soda.

Escuela de Cocina Conversa
We have created a welcoming space where people can get together and improve their cooking skills. We offer classes for children, for local people as well as foreign visitors. Our space is divided into two parts, a cooking area, as well as a dining area where people can relax and enjoy the fruits of their culinary labour.
We are located in the traditional neighbourhood of Carabanchel Alto, which is well-connected by underground ( metro line 11) and blue city bus (line 35 from Plaza Mayor).
