I love cooking and I also enjoy meeting people and having a good conversation around the dinner table; that's why I started this Cooking School, called Escuela de Cocina Conversa. I will be delighted to show you how to prepare traditional Spanish recipes and discover the main ingredients of the Spanish cuisine, in the company of other food lovers from all over the world.

I am a true Sevillana, although I have been living in Madrid for many years. I am passionate about food and cooking and I spend a lot of time learning about the porducts and ingredients we use. Moreover, I love transmitting this knowledge to our guests. My work at Escuela de Cocina Conversa has given me the opportunity to combine my twin passions. Escuela de Cocina Conversa
We have created a welcoming space where people can get together and improve their cooking skills. We offer classes for children, for local people as well as foreign visitors. Our space is divided into two parts, a cooking area, as well as a dining area where people can relax and enjoy the fruits of their culinary labour.
We are located in the traditional neighbourhood of Carabanchel Alto, which is well-connected by underground ( metro line 11) and blue city bus (line 35 from Plaza Mayor).
