Aprendes a cocinar paso a paso algunas tapas tradicionales como la tortilla de patata

Durante este taller cocinamos tortilla de patata, croquetas de jamón preparamos tapas tradicionales como mejillones en escabeche y gildas.

Después de cocinar y aprender los mejores trucos de la cocina española, tomaremos la paella y las tapas, acompañados de unas bebidas y buena conversación.

As all our classes, this class is hands-on and participative. The dishes you learn can be eaten for lunch, dinner or as a snack.

I will be delighted to show you how to prepare traditional Spanish recipes and discover the main ingredients of the Spanish cuisine, in the company of other food lovers from all over the world.

I am a true Sevillana, although I have been living in Madrid for many years. I am passionate about food and cooking and I spend a lot of time learning about the porducts and ingredients we use. Moreover, I love transmitting this knowledge to our guests. My work at Escuela de Cocina Conversa has given me the opportunity to combine my twin passions. I look forward to seeing you at one of our workshops.



Escuela de Cocina Conversa

We have created a welcoming space where people can get together and improve their cooking skills. We offer classes for children, for local people as well as foreign visitors. Our space is divided into two parts, a cooking area, as well as a dining area where people can relax and enjoy the fruits of their culinary labour.

We are located in the traditional neighbourhood of Carabanchel Alto, which is well-connected by underground ( metro line 11) and blue city bus (line 35 from Plaza Mayor).

El espacio está dividido en dos partes, la zona de comida, y un comedor para disfrutar de los platos cocinados.



We are also in
